چکیده
Life does not start at birth but conception. Embryonic development is a particularly difficult period in which genetic and environmental factors can interact to contribute risk. In utero early neonatal exposure maternal stress are linked with psychiatric disorders, the underlying mechanisms currently being elucidated. This study examined novel relationships between noise causing oxidative-stress-induced neurobehavioral changes cognition autism spectrum disorder (ASD) offspring. Pregnant Wistar albino rats were exposed (100 dBA/4 h). There three groups of pregnant during gestation, as well control group: gestational (EGS), occurs 1st 10th days pregnancy; late (LGS), 11th day delivery day; full-term (FGS), entire pregnancy period. Maternal effects on offspring analyzed. observed that becomes psychosocial stressor prenatal motherhood. EGS LGS groups, female showed continuous midterm abortion stillbirth exposure. The noise-exposed group exhibited significant cognition, obsessive–compulsive behavior, fear, anxiety. Corticosterone oxidative markers increased, antioxidant level was significantly decreased group. Therefore, causes recurrent abortions stillbirths, increases stress, impairs offspring’s neurodevelopment.

15 صفحه اولImpact of maternal cigarette smoke exposure on brain inflammation and oxidative stress in male mice offspring.
Maternal cigarette smoke exposure (SE) during gestation can cause lifelong adverse effects in the offspring's brain. Several factors may contribute including inflammation, oxidative stress and hypoxia, whose changes in the developing brain are unknown. Female Balb/c mice were exposed to cigarette smoke prior to mating, during gestation and lactation. Male offspring were studied at postnatal day...
متن کاملExposure to Predator Stress in Gestational Period Potentiates Pilocarpine induced Epileptic Behaviors in offspring of rat
Introduction: Gestational stress can lead to cerebral functional disorders, such as epilepsy, probably due to the disturbance in the cerebral maturation and causing abnormal neuronal correlations. In the present study, effect of gestational Predator Stress on the neonatal epileptic behaviors was investigated in rats. Methods: Female rats (200 ± 20 g) were divided into two groups intact pregn...
متن کاملMaternal Undernutrition Significantly Impacts Ovarian Follicle Number and Increases Ovarian Oxidative Stress in Adult Rat Offspring
BACKGROUND We have shown recently that maternal undernutrition (UN) advanced female pubertal onset in a manner that is dependent upon the timing of UN. The long-term consequence of this accelerated puberty on ovarian function is unknown. Recent findings suggest that oxidative stress may be one mechanism whereby early life events impact on later physiological functioning. Therefore, using an est...
متن کاملMaternal Exposure to Silver Nanoparticles in Mice: Effects on Dams’ Reproductive Performance and Pups’ Neurobehavioral Ontogeny
Introduction: - Significant increase in usage of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) in consumer products, has increased its exposures to human and animals. Although there are some reports regarding the effects of AgNPs on complex organisms, no report was found as to its effects on neurobehavioral ontogeny. Methods: To investigate the effects of maternal exposure to AgNPs on development of neu...
